Healing Properties of Rosemary

Rosemary is an aromatic herb known for its culinary uses, but it also has a long history of being associated with various healing properties. While many of these benefits are anecdotal or based on traditional uses, some scientific research supports several potential health advantages of rosemary:

Internal Benefits 

  1. Antioxidant Properties: When there is an excess of free radicals or a deficiency of antioxidants, the balance shifts in favor of free radicals.
